Grief Support Group – 8-Week Program
The Grief Recovery Method® is an action-orientated program designed to help you complete the pain, isolation and loneliness caused by loss of any kind. The program, that has been refined over the past 30 years, will equip you with the tools to resolve emotions that are still causing you pain and teach you how to recover from loss with supportive, emotional guidance every step of the way.
Your feelings are natural and normal. The problem is that we have been socialized to believe that these feelings are abnormal and unnatural. People say you have to let go and move on in your life, but they don’t tell you what you need to do to accomplish that. In a safe and non-judgmental environment, The Grief Recovery Method Grief Support Group gives you the opportunity to share and connect with others who have also experienced a significant loss, without judgment, criticism, or analysis, and provides partnerships and guidance to ensure new action is taken to complete the pain associated with those feelings.
This is NOT a drop-in style group format. Your weekly attendance of this program is vital for maximum benefit in the healing and recovery process.
