SMOKING CESSATION – 3-Week Series at WestView PCN
In this three-session class, participants will get help to quit smoking from one of our pharmacists. Learn strategies to manage cravings and withdrawals, and get tips on dealing with stress and ways to develop a quit plan that works for you. All three lessons are required to complete the class.
