People need support for many reasons – like feeling sad, anxious, depressed or constantly irritable. Or, having difficulty coping with things. Stress from pressures at school or work, financial worries or relationship problems create challenges. Life can be overwhelming and it’s easy to feel stuck. Some people have difficulty finding joy in regular activities, or negative feelings impact their daily lives. Everyone feels down, lonely or hopeless at times, but when these feelings persist, you may need some support. Our PCN has someone you can talk to and there is no cost to you.
