If you’re using tobacco and thinking about quitting, or you are actively trying to quit, this group is for you.

QuitCore is a FREE group support program that provides adults with the tools, strategies and skills they need to quit using tobacco. The program consists of six 90-minute sessions over a period of up to nine weeks (most run for six weeks). Join an upcoming session to share your stories, learn new coping strategies and celebrate milestones with people going through the same challenge.
